Mindfulness Tools for Busy Lives

4-Week Live Zoom Series | Thursdays | Starts May 15, 2025 | 2 Cohorts to choose from:

12–1 PM EST

6 - 7 PM EST

Spring into Inner Peace. Master the Power of the Pause.

Practical mindfulness tools for real life — not just your quiet moments.

This isn’t another mindfulness class about theory or good intentions.

It’s a live, 4-week training for busy people who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded — without needing to escape their everyday lives to do it.

In just 60 minutes a week, you’ll learn how to use the power of the pause — simple, proven mindfulness tools that shift your mindset in real-time. So you can meet each day with less stress, more clarity, and a greater sense of inner steadiness.

All Are Welcome

This space is inclusive, respectful, and open. You don’t need any prior experience with mindfulness, meditation, or personal development — just a willingness to explore. This approach is secular and accessible; it doesn’t require any belief system (or interfere with one if you have one). All are welcome here.

What You’ll Walk Away With

By the end of this 4-week series, you’ll have:

  • A practical toolkit of mindfulness practices that fit into your daily routine

  • A clearer, calmer mental state — even on your busiest days

  • The ability to pause before reacting, and respond with intention

  • Greater emotional resilience and sharper focus

  • A consistent, sustainable mindfulness habit you can trust
