Age Gracefully with Mindfulness
An Impactful and Immersive Course
Learn - Practice - Sustain
We are all aging. For some, it is more at top of mind and heart.
Aging brings up many emotions and responses, sometimes more than one at once: grief, wisdom, loss, freedom, discomfort, surrender, anxiety, fear, being carefree.
What is at top of mind for you?
We welcome them all.
Inviting you and/or those you love to join us.
